School is right around the corner, and it's about that time that we all do some back to school shopping. Buzznet asked me some questions about back to school fashion that I answered below. I also added some awesome pictures into a gallery with clothes from my new obsession Gypsy Warrior! If you haven't checked them out, you NEED to! I will without a doubt be rocking almost everything from the site this school year :) 

What is one thing you wore in high school that you would NEVER wear now?

My style consisted of polo shirts and low rise obnoxiously flared pants when I first started high school...but as the years went on and Avril Lavinge was extremely popular, I LOVED dressing like her. I also layered shirts (seriously would wear about 6 shirts at one time). OH and no matter what outfit I had on I would wear blue eye shadow and tons of glitter. WHY?!?!

Did your high school have a dress code? 

YES! I hated it! You had to wear khaki pants or skirt (below the knee) and a white, navy, or maroon collared shirt...it was awful!

What is one of your current favorite fashion trends you can recommend to everyone to rock at school? 

I think it’s important to not try too hard, especially when going to school. So being comfortable, but still very cute is key! You can’t go wrong with oversized shirts with a bandeau and leggings...or a cute dress with high socks and boots. Those are 2 things that I love to wear all the time

What is your advice to everyone on the stress put on them over “what is cool and what is in right now”?

Who cares what is cool or trendy now?!? Be YOU and wear what you want to wear. I’m very big on expressing my individuality through the way I dress. Trends have to start somewhere....so how about you being the one who starts them?!

If you could bring back a trend you rocked in high school what would it be?

The peasant skirt for sure!! :)
